I've had some relatively new patches appear on the edges of my kitchen wall/celling - image here.
I've already informed my landlord but still waiting on them to see if they want to send someone to check this out.
In the meantime though I'm trying to understand what might be causing this - my immediate thought is some sort of leak from the flat above? Or is there something else entirely which could be going on, possibly caused by something I'm doing? Can't imagine what it'd be that would result in something this bad though.

This artist has a gallery in a major city, and his paintings are online for about 10,000 USD. I’ve met him twice, and otherwise we’ve messaged/commented on each other’s Instagram posts.
I reached out about a print, he said that “originals are better” and that I should come into the gallery to “make a deal.” I assume he knows I’m a recent college grad, as he likes my posts on instagram. He just asked what my budget was. What kind of number do you think he’s expecting? I would hate to insult him or embarrass myself. Realistically I shouldn’t spend more than $400 at one time, but I was hoping for like a $100 print.
TLDR; an artist I kinda know, whose work is priced at 10k, offered to make me a deal on a print or piece, and asked my budget. What should I say?

Hi guys, I am resorting to posting here as I can't work out what is going on with my printer. I have recently installed Klipper as well as fitting a BMG clone direct drive into a E3D V6 on an Anycubic i3 Mega S with BL Touch too. So far I've had all sorts of issues which I've managed to sort out but this one is defeating me. P.s I am a complete novice in Klipper / Raspberry Pi.
The issue is that essentially, my Z height is not increasing as the layers go up. For starters, the nozzle is already too close to the printer even though I've calibrated Z a million times. I am just printing a calibration cube and 1 layer in I need to live increase Z offset in order for it to not crash into the part. Hopefully somebody can help!
